All throughout Scripture, from the beginning to the end, Christ is identified as one with the Father. In John 10:30 Jesus says, "I and the Father are one." John 1:18 also reveals this truth stating, "No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known."
